GHN Vitamin B3 (Niacin) FLUSH – the source of vitamin B3

Niacin – vitamin PP or B3 – a water-soluble vitamin belonging to group B. Niacin to some extent can be naturally synthesized in the human body from amino acid tryptophan, but it is also worth supplying it to the body from outside, along with the daily diet – vitamin PP can be found in animal products such as meat, fish or eggs. As a result of the use of dietary supplements containing niacin, a phenomenon called niacin flush can occur, which is the result of the immediate release of nicotinic acid into the body, which contributes to increased blood flow due to vasodilation. This is a common side effect associated with the use of niacin-containing dietary supplements, which can manifest as redness and itching of the skin. It is a phenomenon that, although harmless, can contribute to the feeling of discomfort.

Niacin contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism and also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. In addition, it helps to maintain optimal psychological functions and supports the maintenance of the proper condition of mucous membranes. Niacin also helps maintain healthy skin and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
